Plea...A group of accused charged with defrauding the finance ministry of N$3.5 billion in revenue, tendered their pleas in the Windhoek High Court today. Accused Namibian national Julius Lauresius and Chinese nationals Tao Huizhong, Yuiqua Haung, Zhihua Gao, Hong Ying Jia, Cao Shuhua, Li Dan, Ying Zhang, and seven other entities, all pleaded not guilty.
