Has anyone else’s child on the spectrum dealt with ongoing throat issues / voice changes like this? My son has been sticking his fingers down his throat, screaming in frustration, spitting… something is clearly bothering him in his nose or throat, but we’ve seen multiple doctors, and no one can tell us what it is. They ruled out infection, said it might be allergies (allergy meds just made him groggy), and now his voice has completely changed. This is how he talks now for the last few weeks. ENT
