The City of San Diego’s Environmental Services Department is partnering with MAAC Project to provide financial assistance to eligible homeowners who receive City trash and recycling service. The new Trash and Recycling Fee took effect on July 1, 2025. Program highlights: • Eligible homeowners may receive $261.60, which covers half of the annual Trash and Recycling Fee.
