A "legendary" winter storm is poised to smash into the eastern half of the nation, but Arizona will see much less severe weather. Here's what to know.

Precipitation totals in those same months also generally accumulate an average of less than a full inch each much.

Arizona temperatures dipped Monday, falling nearly 10 degrees from Sunday’s highs, while Bullhead City recorded wind gusts up to 36 mph. The Phoenix area is expected to reach a high of 75 degrees Tuesday under mostly sunny skies.
