On Sunday at 12:44 p.m. a cold weather advisory was released by the NWS Blacksburg VA valid from 6 p.m. until Monday 9 a.m. The advisory is for Ashe, Alleghany and Watauga counties.

On Sunday at 12:43 a.m. an updated cold weather advisory was released by the NWS Wakefield VA in effect until 1 a.m. The advisory is for Gates, Pasquotank, Camden, Chowan and Perquimans counties.

On Sunday at 1:10 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a cold weather advisory valid from 7 p.m. until Monday 10 a.m. for Cambria and Somerset counties.
